We had a great experience working with Brian over the winter and spring months. His knowledge, work ethic, organization, and focus were very impressive week in and week out. Dealing with High School kids, especially in numbers, is not an easy task, but Brian demanded and received our kid's attention, and kept their focus the duration of the workouts. The new concepts and training methods he taught, were received well by our athletes. The intensity of the workouts were bar none, some the best that I have seen. This has been a fantastic experience for our athletes as well as our coaches, and we hope that we will have the opportunity to work with Brian again in the near future.

I had a great experience training with Brian. Our sessions were very difficult, but very fun. Each session was different and unique, making the experience quite enjoyable and he always pushed us to work harder. Brian was able to target the muscles we use for soccer by developing a specific training program, geared directly for soccer. I feel much stronger and faster now, and even my parents told me that they noticed that I was much quicker. I really enjoyed our sessions and would recommend him to any other athlete.

Brian pushed us to our limit each session, targeting our strength and conditioning. I feel much stronger now than I did before we started, and I have gotten much faster as well. I would definitely like to work with Brian again. Although our sessions were hard, he was able to make them fun and I know we all learned a lot about how to be a better soccer player.

When I first started with Brian, I wanted to hit a golf ball farther and to do a headstand in yoga. Not only has Brian strengthened my golf swing, but I have noticed greater endurance throughout my round. With regards to yoga, Brian recognized my need to strengthen my upper body and focused on shoulder strength. As we continue to work on this, I can now hold tripod and L-shaped headstand, building blocks for headstand.
